McDonald Family Builders provides design/build services to construct the single family home to make your dreams come true. We handle the design/permitting/approvals to build your home and then manage the construction from start to finish. Being licensed Engineers we offer the client flexibility in design and material selections throughout the process. We take pride in our work and you deal directly with the owner from start to finish. There are many upgrades included in our standard home packages that are upgrades for most other builders.
Construction on Your Lot
If you own your own lot and would like to build on it, we would be happy to work with through the process. We have several plans to choose from or would be willing to work with you to prepare a custom plan. We can also provide design services and permitting required to connect to existing municipal utilities or create on site utilities and get all approvals required to build the home.
Additions/Renovations
If you are happy with your current home and location but need some more space, we can design an addition to your home and provide renovation services to your existing home. We can also prepare all plans, permits, and obtain necessary approvals.
